RTOERO districts are organized into liaison groups to facilitate two-way communication with the board of directors and district executives.
Each district liaison group meets regularly with a designated member of the board. Committees also designate a committee member to communicate regularly with each district liaison group. This structure ensures a timely flow of information to districts and brings the voice and perspective of districts into the work of committees and the board.
