The purpose of this Board Resource Guide is to provide information regarding RTOERO’s structure, strategic plan, processes, Policies, procedures, By-Law and general RTOERO information that will assist the Board of Directors in performing their Governance duties. This Guide is also intended to be used to assist members during Board and Committee meetings.
