Wanted: Winter 2021/2022 beach rental

Looking to travel to warmer weather next winter and rent for a few months – Dec to Feb – flexible with dates/months. I’m a single, 56 y.o. female with two, gentle, well-trained cockapoos. I can also spread my time over several towns.
Would love to make a stop for a bit in Savannah, GA. and then land somewhere between Vero Beach and Fort Lauderdale area.
I would ideally like beachfront or Oceanview in an arts based community, central to restaurants, shops, beach, event locations etc.
