A friendly, welcoming group of women, we get together on Wednesday afternoons for five pin bowling. Absolutely no previous skill or experience required. A few ninety- something members have retired and we're looking for replacements. Location is Parkway Bowl at Victoria Park Avenue and Ellesmere Avenue, where North York meets Scarborough. Winter series runs from January to May and fall series runs from September to December. $15 weekly gets you three bowling games, prizes and a free banquet at Mandarin in May. Shoe rental is $2. You can start in the middle of a series if you choose.
