Give a kid something to look forward to!
Mentors are needed in the In-School Mentoring Program at Big Brothers Big Sisters Serving Grand Erie, Halton and Hamilton.
Mentors are paired with a young person in the elementary school level during the school year (excluding school holidays/closures) for one hour a week. They will have access to an agency-provided activity bin as well as spaces in the school (classroom, gym, outside spaces on school property).
The goal is to build a relationship and have fun! Students involved in the In-School Mentoring program have something to look forward to and often increase their attendance as a result.
