We are currently looking for an English Teacher to cover a Maternity Leave beginning in October and join our Academic Team in the delivery of our Total Care Education System®.
Courses: OLC 40, ENL1W, ENG 2D x2
Academic Duties include but are not limited to:
• Being adequately prepared for daily teaching assignment
• Preparing daily lesson plans in such a way that orderly development and progress is promoted.
• All teachers shall adopt three levels of educational planning.
• Long range planning
• Unit planning
• Daily lesson planning
• Conducting classes and instructing pupils in accordance with Provincial and school curricular guidelines and policies
• Undertaking systematic, objective and continuous evaluation of the progress being made by each student, in accordance with the most recent Ministry guidelines.
• Keeping accurate and systematic records of student achievement for this purpose, and issue reports to students and parents according to Provincial and school guidelines.
