Our commitments

Information and communications

  • We will meet internationally-recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
  • We will provide alternative formats for multi-media content.
  • We will follow accessible design principles to ensure that new documents are accessible for people who use screen readers. Older documents may not be fully accessible. Upon request, we will provide information about our organization and its services in accessible formats or with communication supports.
  • We will make sure to include and visually depict people with a range of abilities in our publications and on our website.
  • We will use plain language in our public communication materials.
