Les districts RTOERO peuvent demander des subventions allant jusqu’à 4 000 $ pour financer des projets locaux. En trois décennies, nous avons fait don de près de 2 millions $ à des centaines de projets à travers le pays.
Notre programme de subventions communautaires est conçu pour encourager tous les districts à soutenir et à s’associer à des organismes locaux qui font une différence significative dans les communautés et dont le travail s’aligne sur nos objectifs stratégiques.
Tous les districts peuvent demander une subvention communautaire. Les districts intéressés seront les promoteurs du projet et soumettront leur demande de subvention communautaire soit en partenariat avec un organisme communautaire, soit au nom du district.
Les organismes communautaires ne peuvent pas demander ces subventions de manière indépendante; elles doivent s’associer à un district.
Les formulaires de demande sont disponibles en février de chaque année et doivent être déposés à la fin du mois de mai. Les districts sont informés de toutes les décisions durant la dernière semaine du mois d’août.

Les candidatures peuvent être soumises sur SurveyMonkey Apply. Si vous avez déjà un compte, on vous demandera de vous connecter; sinon, vous devrez créer un nouveau compte.
Commencer à remplir votre formulaire de demande
Le comité des subventions communautaires et des bourses d’études examinera chaque demande pour s’assurer qu’elle répond à tous les critères. Les formulaires de demande qui répondent aux critères énoncés dans la grille d’évaluation (voir la section critères et grille à télécharger) seront recommandés au conseil d’administration pour approbation.
Les formulaires de demande qui ne répondent pas aux critères énoncés dans la rubrique ne seront pas recommandés au conseil d’administration. En pareil cas, le comité des subventions communautaires et des bourses d’études fournira au district des commentaires sur la façon d’améliorer sa demande en vue du prochain cycle de subvention.
Tous les projets ayant obtenu un financement doivent faire l’objet d’un rapport final.
Si un projet 2024 n’est pas achevé, le district ne peut pas demander une nouvelle subvention en 2025.

Le comité des subventions communautaires et des bourses d’études a fourni quelques exemples d’excellentes réponses provenant de candidatures antérieures.
