We need a new teacher to run our day program for local children!
May, June, September, October and early November
**As often as the class program is requested.
Time: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
The position involves knowing history, teaching, mathematics, music and more. This is a fun way to teach kids while staying in character from the 1900’s. This would make a perfect fit for a retired teacher OR someone who simply loves history and wants to try their hand at teaching!
Without a teacher, this program can no longer be run, and that would be a great loss to the community. The day-program proved to be a truly memorable and informative field trip for hundreds of children, and anyone who has ever looked fondly on those olden-golden days of one-room schoolhouses would likely wish to see this program preserved.
