Strong Start to reading™ is a registered charity that provides a unique, volunteer-delivered, community–based reading assistance program to children in the early grades of elementary school. In the role of Regional Program Co-ordinator for the Letters, Sounds and Words™ program you will coordinate the delivery and support the implementation and expansion of our well-established Letters, Sounds and Words™ program within the communities and schools in our Ontario North Region (including Bruce, Grey, Simcoe, Muskoka, Haliburton),
This is a permanent, part-time role working approximately 15-25 hours per week with some additional work required on evenings and weekends as well as periodically on special assignments. You must have a reliable car and the ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
