International School Saint Lucia is looking for a principal for a JK-Grade 12 school offering Canadian (Ontario/New Brunswick) curriculum in St. Lucia. Position starts ASAP.* The school is small, with under 100 students and 10 full time teachers.
Qualifications
Principal qualifications in Canada
Experience in teaching/administration/policies in Canada (Ontario/New Brunswick preferred)
Experience in mentoring teachers/leading professional development
Experience in timetabling for small school/combined grades
Understanding of Special Education policies (accommodations for students)
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Relationship strengths with parents/staff/students and board
Comfort with technology (Brightspace/Google Classroom)
