I’m a retired elementary teacher-librarian from Kelowna. My husband and I recently purchased a new 3 bedroom top floor corner condo with peekaboo ocean view in beautiful Parksville, BC on Vancouver Island. It’s located 2 blocks from the community beach and park, within walking distance from many shops and restaurants, and close to a variety of hiking and biking trails. We are looking to rent it out, fully furnished, for 3 – 9 months beginning as early as late September 2024. Very reasonable rates for the right tenants.
