Transport Lead

– Participate in the planning of event parking (volunteer, attendees, VIP etc.)
– Set-up of parking area + signage on event day & oversee volunteer activity
– Direct parking in a safe manner, ensuring cars are directed to the correct lots/zones
– Tear down of signage + pylons post event
– Participate in planning of the Bus pick up/drop off zone at Fort York & SickKids
– Support in planning route and placements for volunteers
– Coordinate volunteers ensuring who needs to load the bus and where they get off
– Oversee safely loading attendees onto busses at SickKids at the end of the event
– Coordinate handicap transport services if required on day of event

Time commitment: 1-3 hours per month.
