As a non-profit and charitable organization, Acclaim Health has been the leading home care provider in Halton for over 90 years. We have a long history of providing compassionate care to families in the community who have a range of health needs. As a registered charity, our focus is on providing the best care possible to those in need and continually investing in programs that benefit even more people in the community. Our Volunteer Visiting Program matches older adults with volunteers who can provide regular companionship and support.
