The Exercise Oncology Lab at the University of Toronto, led by Dr. Linda Trinh, is offering an exciting remote research study opportunity for cancer-free adults over 40 years old. This study is looking to determine the impact of fitness and physical activity on cognitive function in kidney cancer patients compared to cancer-free, age and education-matched control participants. The study involves a cognitive assessment (e.g., memory games) on Zoom, an aerobic fitness test (e.g., walking), completing an online questionnaire, and wearing a small, lightweight physical activity device for 7 days during waking hours. The time commitment for the study is approximately 1.5 hours, you can participate from home, and you will receive a $60 honorarium and access to a walking program.
